1. Acceptance & Overview
These Terms govern your purchase and use of Residency Match (AKA ResiMatch) and Residency Compass. Residency Compass is a companion tool included within Residency Match and may also be purchased individually (each a “Product” and together the “Service”).
Residency Match is a premium, one-time-payment programme that combines (i) downloadable instructional materials, (ii) live or recorded webinars, (iii) optional 1-on-1 coaching and mock interviews, and (iv) an Enhanced File Review processed first by proprietary AI models, then validated by a physician-coach. Because the core offering is delivered in real time, it is categorised as a service (not a purely digital product).
The Service is sold by Closing Time Hub LLC (“Closing Time Hub”), a New Mexico limited liability company acting as merchant of record, and is created, operated, and delivered by SpeakEasy Consulting LLC (“SpeakEasy”), a Puerto Rico limited liability company acting as service provider to Closing Time Hub. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Closing Time Hub and SpeakEasy together where both are involved, and to the relevant company where only one is. Your purchase contract is with Closing Time Hub; the Service is performed by SpeakEasy.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. The Service is not offered for consumer purchase in the European Economic Area; commercial relationships with EEA organizations are established through separate written agreements. Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Payment & Refunds
All payments are processed by Closing Time Hub as merchant of record through WooCommerce, using Stripe and PayPal, in U.S. dollars. Our Refund & Returns Policy (7-day, no-use refund), issued by Closing Time Hub, forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. Attempted chargebacks that circumvent the policy are subject to the administrative fee and access suspension described therein.
4. Intellectual-Property Rights
All course videos, PDFs, audio files, slide decks, and other content are owned or licensed by SpeakEasy Consulting LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Closing Time Hub sells access to this content under licence from SpeakEasy.
- Permitted Use: Personal, non-commercial viewing or downloading for your own education.
- Prohibited Use: Reproduction, resale, public distribution, or sharing of login credentials. Any unauthorised distribution may result in immediate termination (see §8) and civil remedies.
5. Limited Licence & Prohibited Conduct
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the purchased Product(s) for nine (9) months from the purchase date, unless a different access period is stated at checkout for an individually purchased Product. You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer our AI tools, (b) scrape or data-mine the platform, (c) transmit malware, or (d) use the Service to harass or discriminate.
6. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee that you will obtain residency interviews or match to any programme. Results vary based on each candidate’s credentials, effort, and external market factors.
7. Access Window & Service Availability
Course materials remain available for nine (9) months, designed to cover an entire ERAS cycle (July–March).
- Mock interviews: Offered 1 September – 31 December each year.
- Webinars & coaching: Offered year-round, subject to coach availability.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions or substitute coaches in the event of illness, technical outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Account Sharing & Termination
Single-user licences mean only the named purchaser may log in. Evidence of simultaneous log-ins from multiple IP addresses, credential sharing, or file reposting triggers immediate termination by Closing Time Hub and/or SpeakEasy without refund. We may pursue further remedies under applicable law.
9. Data Privacy & Retention
To deliver the Service, we collect your name, email, payment data, and any files you submit (e.g., CV, personal statement). Closing Time Hub is the data controller for checkout, order, and billing data collected at the point of sale; SpeakEasy is the data controller for personal data arising from service delivery, including LMS data, coaching records, and submitted files. Each company acts as an independent controller and shares data with the other only as needed to complete your purchase and deliver the Service.
- Processing: Enhanced File Reviews are first analysed by AI systems hosted on servers located in the United States; outputs are then reviewed by a human coach. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means.
- Retention: We retain personal data for the periods described in our Privacy Policy — generally up to five (5) years for client and service records, and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires — or as needed to enforce these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service or Terms
We may update content, features, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email and take effect prospectively. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction therein. This choice of governing law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rights available under the law of your country or state of residence.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full force.
